Commercial Description:
We toned down the hops a bit to allow cocoa nibs to contribute some pleasing bitterness, while vanilla notes from the oak combine with the cocoa to create an aroma and flavor akin to a gourmet chocolate bar. A dash of cayenne keeps things lively, adding just a bit of heat to the finish. A Yeti for summer? Hell yes.

Black pour with a tan head. Minerally kelp aromas with black malts, mild cayenne. Frothy, full mouthfeel. Rich chocolate flavors with dark roasted malts, candi sugar with a medium to big hot pepper burn in the finish. great stout.

Bomber bottled in July of 05. Jet black pour tan thin head. Chocolate malt scent. Very smooth and balanced with a dark chocolate bitterness with a kick at the end that is spicy.. A beer both the wife and I enjoyed. Very hard to find here.....

Yup. Chocolate and stout. Very nice combo. Rich and sweet. Good pour with tan/brown head. Vanilla and slight bourbon notes. Tasty. Wife turned it down. Must make it through the bomber.

Thanks to the Ratman for sharing this, pours almost black with a dark tan finger thick head. Nose Sweet and peppery spice. The flavor is chocolate, roasted malt and a definite cayenne burn that lasts into the finish. Thin for an Imperial Stout.

bomber at a kw group tasting. shared by jan primus. pours black with a tan head. huge hoppy yeti aroma. i didnt get much chocolate in the nose. the chocolate did show up mid palate and the finsh showed the hops and the cayenne. i think it would have been more enjoyable without the heat because each sip made the finish seem hotter and hotter. still a really nice beer overall, thx for the share jan!

Bomber from Leuken’s in Oldsmar. Pours dark brown/ black with a tan head. Nose is roast, oak, booze, vanilla, licorice, and earth. Flavor is earth, dark chocolate, cocoa, licorice, roast, slight barrel blending dry bits of cocoa. Medium-bodied and lingers with a dry barrel, chocolate, and boozy finish.

The aroma is very sweet with chocolate, burnt malt, molasses, and vanilla. The appearance is black with a foamy tan head. The flavor is like the aroma but also astringent in a bad way. The palate is smooth. Overall it smells nice but it does not taste that great.
