12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours an almost clear amber color with a large off white head. Thick lacing. Aroma is a soapy herbal hop. Flavor is mostly hops. The hop bitterness and flavor lingers on the palate. Medium body. A nice beer.

Malty. Aroma of hops but leaves an astringent bitter aftertast. I couldn’t get around this.

This is what I have when I’ve got time to kill in DEN. It’s on tap at the Wolfgang Puck. It pours a watery, fizzy golden-yellow with a thin foam. It is thin to medium. It tastes a bit grassy but with a nice balance of hops and malt.

Amber with a large brown head with particulates floating about. Aroma of hard water, light caramel, bread and mild hops. Taste is very metallic with that leads to a semi-bitter and not very pleasant aftertaste that’s a bit dry. Malted body with notes of caramel balanced out by some mild hops. Next.

love the aroma of this beer. A great mix of hops and roasted malt. Smells of caramel dominate with notes of pine, herbs and dough. Head is fizzy and mostly diminishing and the color is a red/brown. The flavor was a disapointing one dimensionally bitter. I expected sweetness but there really was none. The palate was light to medium and dry, and the carbonation was fizzy. While a very good drinking beer, the flavor could have been a little more complex
