This is the maltiest pale ale I’ve ever had. Definitely has the hop profile but also a sweet, cookie like, biscuity malt side. BelgianBeerGal (1291), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 12, 2008 Draught at the GD tap room. Normal appearance and copper colour for the style. Just a thin off-white head on top and nice small carbonation bubbles. Smooth hops in the aroma...nothing overpowering. More smoothness in the flavour from piney hops. Crisp, short finish.
