Mar 19, 2008 Slight citrus aroma, with a touch of biscuit malts. Pours a clear golden color, with a thin white head. The flavor is slightly sweet, with noble hop flavors, and a slightly bitter finish. Nicely balanced, and very easy to drink.

Mar 17, 2008 12 oz. pours with perfect thick head and nice hazy, shimmering deep body. Aroma is heavily of honey, enticing, but could be stronger. Flavor is grassy with pine and light, low acid citrus. Palate is very wet with great carbonation and a satisfying mouthfeel. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable and only slightly lacking in flavor.

Mar 15, 2008 Darught at the Tap Room. beer is clear, medium brown. Head is initially large, white, fluffy/creamy. Slowly diminishing, mostly lasting, heavy lacing on the glass.<P>The aroma is malty with moderate notes of toasted grain, biscuit; Hoppy with a moderate note of dried apricot, lighter notes of grassy herb, resin/pine; Yeasty with light notes of dough, sharp cheese; Trace miscellaneous notes of tropical fruit/apple.<P>The flavor is lightly-to-moderately sweet, light-to-moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is longer than average, moderately-to-heavily bitter (diminishing back to moderate), lightly acidic (dry). Aftertaste is husky, lightly grippy.<P>The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fuzzy.

Mar 14, 2008 Draught at the brewery in Denver. I really enjoyed this one. This is the maltiest pale ale I’ve ever had. Definitely has the hop profile but also a sweet, cookie like, biscuity malt side.

Mar 12, 2008 Draught at the GD tap room. Normal appearance and copper colour for the style. Just a thin off-white head on top and nice small carbonation bubbles. Smooth hops in the aroma...nothing overpowering. More smoothness in the flavour from piney hops. Crisp, short finish.

Mar 9, 2008 Pours a clear light copper color in the glass with a a small white head that faded fast and left nice lacing. Smells of hops with a sweet floral undertone. Tastes crisp and hoppy with a malty middle and a crisp hop finish. Good and clean, easy to drink and not lacking in flavor. Tasty.
