This is a very pleasant drinking pale ale. Nice maltiness and not to heavy in the hops. Good show.

Light amber color with a small short lived head. Mild hop aroma with a milder sweetness too. Decent hop flavor, mildly bittered, and a thin body. I found this quite boring, and have had many better pales. Not seeing this is an EPA, I understand... I always find those blander, and more boring. Simple, but decent pale.

Bottle. Amber body, white head with some retention, slightly hoppy nose. Moderately hoppy body, pleasant, nothing special except that the Phils won the division and this was the beer I celebrated with.

(bottle) light orange-amber, generous off-white head, some lace. Aroma of floral hops, slightly sweet. Flavor is mild citrus and floral hops along with some malt for balance. A nice balanced pale ale.

Had this beer on 6/23/2000. Aroma s a sweet malty scent. Color clear brown with light carbonation and head. Taste is funkly bitter. Starting with light body that goes down with a sharp feel. Finish is a maltyness that is followed by an odd bitterness, but finishes up clean. It needs more hop flavor but is a good drinking brew.

On tap at HDG. Deep orange hazy in color with a nice medium sized off white head. Hoppy citrusy nutty aroma. Caramel malty notes. Grassy, earthy hops. Malty hoppy flavor. Medium bodied. Bitter finish. Crisp and refreshing. Nice beer.

Pours a clear, rusty-orange color with an average, white, creamy-rocky head with decent longevity and minimal lace. Nose is a little muted but nice; floral, minty, and a bit grassy with some lightly sweet, biscuity malts supporting. Flavor brings a nice hop bouquet with a moderate bitterness and nice supporting malts. Hops are minty with some floral moving to grassy notes into the finish and sweet bread notes. Palate is moderately-light, lively, and crisp. Finishes average length and somewhat bitter with mint and grass. Nice hop flavors with just enough bitterness in this extremely sessionable pale ale.
