Jun 18, 2009 Peet/bourbon colored body capped with a fluffly off-white head. Intense aroma of both nut and grain. Great mouthfeel. Hits all of your senses. Finishes with the nutty/malty tones you find on the nose. Not lacking in hops. Very well balanced. Very good.

Jun 13, 2009 Pours a crystal clear copper liquid capped with a bit over a finger of bubbly white head. The head condenses quickly, but clings to leave some nice lacing.
Subtle grassy, piney aroma with similar flavors. There is some hidden nuttiness, and some obvious hops.
Very clean and crisp on the palate with a nice bite followed by a smooth, dry finish.

it smells earthy and woody with touches of pale malt, orange and pine.
the flavor is pretty much the same... add some waxy hoppiness and a dry finish.
medium bodied, prickly, dry and easy to drink whilst eating pizza. 7/4/7/3/14/3.5

May 26, 2009 Pours deep amber into a shaker. Off-white head quickly recedes to skim surface leaving sheet lacing. Orange and grapefruit aromas. Crisp and dry with sweet oranges upfront and a lasting resin and grapefruit finish.

May 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours golden/light brown with a large bubbly white head and good lacing. Aroma is sweeter than I expected for a pale. Flavor is well balanced with floral hop notes and a slight bitterness in the finish.

May 18, 2009 Golden poppy hue, light tan head, diminishing light tan head, decent lacing, more english than american therefore; maltier and less hoppy, has the great divide chocolatey bread malt taste, not to carbonated, hint of floral hop mininal pine at the end but balanced, drinkable, light bitter aftertaste.

May 17, 2009 Slightly hazy; light copper color. Amazing frothy head--leaves extensive spotty lace.
Quite earthy smell (surprisingly), good floral hop aroma.
Very dry, almost astringent, flavor which I think is the source of the earthiness. I like the hop content; it is both bittering and spicy. Predictable body.
