| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 7, 2009 Bomber shared at the Butters’ 1500 tasting. Clear ruby pour with faint ring of clearish head. Aroma almost has a mixed berries quality, which, while interesting, is not necessarily enjoyable. Flavor is a little vegetal cabbage, earthy wheat, sweet honey. Not wholey unenjoyable, but far from good. Barrios (858), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Sep 7, 2009 22 oz. bottle. Smells of banana. Pours a thick amber hue, with a thin head that never quite dissipates. Tastes sweet, but not too cloying. Average dunkel. brenn79 (210), Idaho, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 7, 2009 22 oz. bottle- FIRST DRINK- Almost no head, flavor is more malty than hoppy. LAST DRINK- Doesn’t finish well, zero head left. I had their double wit just before this one, the double wit is infinitely better. drjay44 (807), Salida, Colorado, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Sep 6, 2009 22 oz bottle, Shared with Gabe. Pours a thin head, over a slightly cloudy amber (SRM 15) body.....nose is primarily malt and cereal, minimal spice or fruit.....taste is rather bland, dominated by cereal, with minimal spice (although there was a bit of clove).....mouth feel is medium, carbonation pleasant. A dark rather boring beer, which really misses its style by a lot.
