Commercial Description:
Brewing with fresh hops is a big endeavor, requiring four to five times the hop volume compared to using pelletized hops. Although the process is complex, it brings impressive results: Fresh Hop is an American-style pale ale with moderate hop bitterness marked by a unique and intensely grassy hop flavor and aroma. Fresh Hop is a superbly refreshing, medium bodied, light-copper colored pale ale weighing in at 55 IBUs and 6.1% ABV.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity hoppy citrus aroma with some grassy hints. Sweetish fresh fruity hoppy bitter flavor. Has a dry fruity bitter finish.

Really good, crisp, clean, a little bit on the bitter side though. Very, very good example of the style. Hops are not overwhelming, but work nicely in the beer. I really liked this one.

22 oz. Crystal clear amber color with a white head that leaves a filmy slick. Very floral hoppy aroma - grassy too, but not very piney/resiny. Flavor is crisp but pedestrian. Good session beer and easy to drink, but not much else.

Clear light amber body, big white head; Not a lot of aroma and malty sweeter then hoppy fresh; Quite bitter body but a bit to malty full to be balanced; Bitter finish but actually more malty then hoppy bitter, some simple aromas but nothing special.

Copper golden with a huge, nice and creamy head, that leaves huge islands of foam, a thick lace and nice curtains on the glass. The aroma has nice and fruity hoppy notes with lots of citrus, papaya, mango, spruce and malt, that gives hints of caramel. The flavour is very nice and harmonic. The fruity hops are the main part with the same delicious notes as in the aroma combined with a nice caramel base. It’s a truly delicious beer!

Flaske. Men god græsset øl.
