| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 14, 2008 Pours a clear copper with very little head. Strong fresh hop lacing, but not the sticky thick kind that marks an IPA. Not as floral as the Sierra Nevada, & a bit more bitter & dry. The fresh hop taste does remain, though. beerbiere (101), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jan 12, 2008 Orange in color, poor head retention. Herbal/citrus american hops aroma - the name speaks for itself. Defintely on the bitter side although not overwhelming. Good balance of hops VS malts."Very appetizing in its bouquet." nuplastikk (1219), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 10, 2008 On tap at Flying Saucer. Has a hazy golden orange color with a medium frothy off white head. The aroma is a strong hop and grass. Good lacing on the glass. The tase is fruity hops and citrus with a smooth finish. A great American pale ale from Great Divide. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 7, 2008 Updated: Mar 6, 2009Poured from a bomber. Poured a clear, golden color with a pillowy white head that left some of the best lacing I have ever seen. Aroma of hops and some pine. Entry is a nice malt with a hint of citrus, that leads into a piney, resiny hop hit. I would have liked more citrus flavor to accompany the hops on the end, but it was still nice. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 6, 2008 Bottle: Lucid orange with a creamy white head. The aroma has some orangey hops a buttery malt hint, as well as an obscure yeast hint. The body is slightly over carbonated. I like hoppy ales to be creamier in texture. The flavor has a sweet/spicy malt character, giving off some caramel and peppery notes. The hops are present, sticky and resiny with a orange-spice-citrus component. The finish is spicy and bitter. A decent, APA with a traditional profile.
