Mar 30, 2007 see i really enjoyed this beer. some nice green hops in this, with some grass and perfumey flavors. some crisp orange and lemon with a lot of pine and a lotta bitternessto overcome in the mouthfeel but the ctrus rounded off the flavor so it was ok.

Mar 30, 2007 Updated: Aug 23, 2007Not sure when my bottle was from (no date), but there was so much sediment in the bottle that I had to leave a couple ounces to avoid getting it in my glass. The flavor was OK, not what I was expecting, but I think I got an old poorly strored bottle. Great Divide is one of my favorite, if not no.1 brewery, so I’m thinking it was the liqour stores fault.

Mar 24, 2007 Bomber. Poured orange with a frothy off-white head that leaves decent lacing. Nice hoppy citrus aroma with a malt background. The flavor was a little more defined with orange and caramel. Medium body, crisp, and a mild bitterness throughout. It really hit the spot along with firing up the grill for the first time of the season! Nice!!

Mar 20, 2007 [Bottle from Beermouth tasted with the hop-bros at Jess’ cosy inn.]
Head is medium and with a very wet teeth-running unfiltered look, but then.....where is the aroma??? No aroma eventhough I dipped my nose into it. Only some small weak hints of hidden fruits. Flavor is mainly sweet with notes of fruits and fresh hops. Endness of course bitter, but had expected more and I find this brew unbalanced especially when it’s from Great Divide.

Mar 19, 2007 Cloudy, thick orange-amber with a large off-white cloudy head and incredibly layered lacing. Great citrus/hop aroma, exactly what you’d expect in a West Coast APA. Initial sweetness brings in shitloads of pine, fresh leaves, but also a somewhat harsh fruitiness: grapefruit or blood orange is what I’m noting. A slight touch of fusel, but not enough to be a flaw. Short but very bitter finish, slightly oily body that’s a little thin, but it works. Damn good.

Mar 18, 2007 Clear yellow/orange, almost copper like color and a nice white head. Got some fruit, hops, herbal and slightly grassy aroma. Nice smooth beer but really to hoppy for a Pale Ale!!! Nice one anyway...
