Oct 24, 2009 Pours a nice pale amber with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma has really nice grassy and citrus hop notes, maybe just a little bit too much of a malt counter. With these fresh hops I end up wanting it to be a bit off-balance in the hops direction, and this is just the opposite. The flavor is certainly grassy - could just be the hop variety used, but it definitely has a lot of grain / wheat flavor that I think takes away from the hops. Still good, but not even close to my favorite fresh hop.

Aroma: The nose offers a nice fresh and juicy citrus hops aroma with some light pine, a bit of caramel
Appearance: Clear golden-orange color with a fluffy white head and a good amount of lace
Flavor: The flavor is much less juicy/fruity then the nose and much more of a dry, hoppy flavor
Palate: This beer has a pretty big body that has a decent duration and drinks pretty nicely
Overall Impression:
I found this beer to be quite good. Another nice brew from Great Divide. This brewery makes some pretty good stuff, and this is another top notch offering from them.

Oct 23, 2009 Bomber form Village Beer Merchant. Light amber pour with fluffy off-white head that didn’t really go away and left a beautiful ring of lace after each gulp. Aroma of mainly fresh American hops, sweet malt. Light enough body to chug. Absolutely delicious fresh hop flavor with citrus and herbal notes. Light biscuity malt and pleasant hop finish. Well done harvest pale ale!

Oct 21, 2009 2009 22 oz bottle pours translucent orange amber. Big fluffy frothy pillow of a head with some big bubbles interlaced. Good lacing and nice effervescence. Insanely powerful aroma of pine, lemon, grapefruit, and a bit of earth. Amazing floral hop flavor with only the perfect amount of bitterness. This is a stellar pale ale with a great aftertaste.

Oct 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours a nice amber color, clear, with a large, white frothy head. Aromas of hops, grapefruit, lime, and a bit of lemon. Mouthfeel is nice with a smooth start, lively middle and sticky finish. Flavors of hops, grapefruit, and hints of citrus. Overall a very good beer - buy it.

Oct 11, 2009 Pours clear amber, with a one-and-a-half finger cream-colored head, good and lasting lacing. Aromas of pine resin, floral hops, caramel, biscuit and grass. Medium body, smooth and crisp and lightly dry. Delicious medium bitterness, mostly pine flavor, with some oregano and caramel. A hoppy delight.
