| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 7, 2007 Bomber, poured into a tulip a clear yellow gold with white bubbles, some effervesence, poured into a trappist (Gouden Carolous)
it looks the same with a touch of haze, faint malt, malt sweetness, yeast, pear and apple fruit with some floral fragrances,
some malt, fruit and sweet flavors, faint spice and pepper, with some citrus bitterness on the tongue that gives a medium dry finish,
bubbly and light on the palate, alcohol is hidden pretty well in this brew. bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 4, 2007 Bomber. Pale yellow, semi-hazy with a soapy white head. Nose of bananas, spice, and lemons. Slightly spicy, citrus flavors with a little Wonder Bread thrown in. A touch of alcoholic burn, but really a very clean drinking beer. Not much flavor, not much scent, but easy to drink and very refreshing. This would be a good summer beer, though maybe not worth the price. goldtwins (4079), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Tap @ GD. Poured a clear bright yellow color with a white head. The aroma was malty with a fair amount of Belgian yeast character. The flavor was yeasty with a sweet malt start but a very dry bitter finish. To dry for me. Medium bodied. apoptosis (1316), Long Island, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Very bright yellow with a pale, white head that fades very quickly. Skunky aroma with a gentle, herbal spiciness. The flavor is very similar to a lager, cold-conditioned, and its not very Belgian-like for me. notalush (2647), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Clear, very pale golden pour, with a fizzy, short-lived head - light belgian yeastiness in the aroma, with some banana, floral notes, and a hint of spice - light flavor, tingly in the mouth - light honey sweetness, quite a strong floral character, some herbal notes, and a touch of lemon - a medium hop bite combines well with a moderate spicy character near the end - quite a nice, mellow belgian ale, which is a surprise coming from a brewery that seems to specialize in big beers. mgumby10 (1850), Jupiter, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Pours a clear gold color, with a small white head. Smells of crisp grain, light hops, and mild citrus fruit. Plain and simple. The flavor was slightly musty, some decent sweet malts, mild hops, and grainy bitterness. Kind of had a weird flavor to it. The mouthfeel seemed al ittle off to me. Wasnt too big on this brew. This and the samurai have been disappointments to me, especially coming from these guys.
