Jul 2, 2009 Clear gold with a thick, fluffy white head. Soft Belgian yeast nose, fruity and saison-like. Flavor is much the same wit ha light citrus tang. Sweet and subtle. Nice.

Jun 29, 2009 Appearance is golden with a white head. Aroma is yeast with slight banana and clove. Taste is mainly yeast like the aroma. Overall, not bad but not anything great.

Jun 23, 2009 12 oz. bottle share, about 6oz. to a hi-ball glass. Light gold/straw color with some white foam to the head and modest ring of lacing. The aroma was distinct Belgian yeast, some spice, a little sweetness, and a hint of banana. The flavor was a clean presentation of these in addition to an appropriate, even hop bitterness.

Jun 18, 2009 Pours a bright golden color with about a half inch of white head. Nose is Belgian yeast, spices, and some kind of sweet fruit. It could be peaches or bananas, but I can’t really pick it out exactly. Taste is yeast, grass, and pine. The beer is quite crisp also. This would be a good hot weather beer.

Jun 15, 2009 Pours a nice golden colore without a lot ogoes awayf head. What head there is quickly goes away. However, the flavor is stronger than the color would suggest. The spiceness of the hops and even the yeast last on the palet nicely. A very nice beer to enjoy.
