Aroma is spicy and fruity Belgian yeast, white pepper, clove, sour citrus, and a sharper grassy hop. Flavor is spicy, grapes, sharper pepper, yeast, clove, sour citrus, banana, and a moderate rough bitterness. Finishes dry with a light alcohol burn.
