Oct 4, 2008 Muted copper pour with a thick off tan stable head. Hops, grapefruit, caramel corn and coriander aroma, very complex. I can taste the malt and hops. Upfront maltiness with a bit of chocolate, long citrus hop finish. Palate is a bit weak as no coating or thickening is noticed.

Flavor: Hops, pine, nutty malt, apricots, grape, aspirin, oranges, grass, alcohol, sweet malt. Bitter finish. Medium to full bodied. More malty then a west coast DIPA.

Sep 30, 2008 Bottle. Amber beer with a strong head. The aroma is strongly hopped and the flavour is deeply hopped, quite malty and very dry. Overall a nice well hopped and dry beer.

Aroma – Filled with hops aroma.
Appearance – Amber in color, Slight haze with a light head.
Flavor – A very nice hopped up IPA, this beer will give Pac NW a great run for their money.
Palate – Great Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry IPA finish.
Overall – A very nice beer this was a great IPA. Tons of hops.
