Copper amber, some particles with a medium tan frothy head that leaves spotty lacing as it reacquaints itself with beer at a moderate pace. Aroma of strong pine, citrus, resinous hops, caramel, malt and light alcohol. Smells pretty damn good! And taste pretty damn good too with a thick, smooth and creamy mouth feel full of hops – of the pine, citrus and resinous varieties. Balanced out by caramel and nutty malts and accentuated by alcohol. Some burn on the back end to go with a moderate bitter finish. To me, hercules was always a crappy roller coaster at Dorney Park in Allentown, PA, now it’s an excellent brew from Denver, CO.

Pours honey colored with off white head and lively carbonation. Hoppy nose followed by assertive whiffs of alcohol. Substantive palate. Nice malt sweetness to balance. Lives up to is name!

Bbe 5/08. Dark amber, quite thick lacing head. Nose is sweet caramel malts, flowery hops, exotic fruits, honey, orange zest & cointreau. Sweet and intense malty flavor, flowery hops. Finishes with strong grapefruity bitterness and warming alcohol. Medium to full bodied, slightly oily and smooth palate. Amazing stuff, though not that aggressive for a DIPA.

650 Ml bottle. From the deep shelves of Decicco. Nice pour with a fluffy head that hangs out with you for a while. Deep cloudy amber color. Sweet at first with a bitter finish. Fantastic!

Bomber. Pours clear honey color with copious amounts of foam. Has an extraordinary floral and citrus bouquet. Medium body with loads of hops. Has a citrus and nutty malt character. Finishes very dry, but the alcohol remains hidden. Absolutely delicious.

A man’s beer is what the hercules double IPA is. A deliciously hoppy treat indeed. -干杯!!!, 啤酒肚子

Pours deep copper with a nice creamy head which leaves a generous lacing. Aroma is hops, flowers, and a bit of sweet caramel. Hops with toffee and pine with just a touch of lemon flavor. Nice medium mouthfeel, bitter but not over done. Nice beer.

Bottle. 12 oz. Pours a gorgeous walnut brown with a rich, pungent head. Aroma of pepper, cinnamon, apples, coffee, spice, and hints of grapefruit. Full, smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Nice heavy finish. Excellent Imperial IPA.
