Commercial Description:
HotShot ESB is an easy-drinking and remarkably smooth Extra Special Bitter, brewed in the classic-English style. More assertively hopped than ordinary bitters, light copper-colored HotShot showcases clean hop flavors, balanced by its slightly fruity nose and light-caramel malt character.

Bottled. Hazy golden orange coloured with a rather large head. Malty and very fruity with notes of citrus, pines and hops.

Good nose, fruity, a little maybe tomato on it. The first sip did not yield what I had hoped, but it was a nice easy to drink ESB. Not as bitter as I like. Good finish. Good mouth feel... I could see drinking a lot of these, if I could get my hands on a lot of them

It has a fruity nose, reminiscent of tomatoes. A lovely finish, but I didn’t really think there was much in between. The best thing you can do is swallow.

Bottle poured a clear copper with a lasting off white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness and a hint of carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and a hint of pine with a liongering moderatly bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a nice dark amber with a minimal head. Nice bit of spices and citrus in the aroma. Good hoppyness. Very nice.

Poured a nice amber color with a medium head. Smelled hoppy (spicey and citrusy). Had a good balance. About the optimal amount of hops I like. Overall a very solid beer.

Hazy orange, huge airy head. Hoppy floral aroma. Fruity and hoppy flavor. A bit like dish water after a while. Fruits and hops in the finish as well. Far fram the best beer this brewery has presented.

Orange amber color. Decent bitterness from start to finish. None of the fruity flavor I love in their IPA and DIPA.
