Commercial Description:
A malty, copper-hued treat from start to finish, Ridgeline begins with a distinctive, estery aroma. Followed with a complex, nutty malt flavor true to its Scottish-style heritage, Ridgeline delivers unparalleled character and dimension. A touch of hops rounds out its silky, full body, highlighting Ridgeline’s subtle but engrossing character.

It was a cloudy amber in color with a spare head. It was a nice balanced beer that went down smooth.

Beautiful copper color; huge head. Aroma of malt and some hop. In the flavor, some malt (dry), caramel (soft) and correct bitterness. Average.

A great color..deep gold with a cloudy appearance, with a thick off-white head that stays for a while but eventually comes down to a sheet, big bubbles. A weak floral aroma. Flavor is weak florals, slightly citrus, weak hops, and average maltiness. Overall..just weak.

The aroma has pine like hops, some light fruit, and caramel malt. The appearance is amber with a medium head. The flavor is caramel, yeast, and some fruit. The palate is thin. Overall it’s very drinkable but nothing to write home about.

From bottle. Pours a nice copper hue with foamy off-white head. Nose is light candied fruit, maybe apples and cherries. Very tempting. Flavor is a light rendition, with hints of sweet malts lingering. Not much of a finish though. Subtle this is, but very drinkable.

bottle - Poured a slightly cloudy copper color with a moderate head that stuck around awhile. The aroma is light and malty. The flavor is sweet and malty as advertised, but also has a pretty good hops balance. The body is medium and the finish is fairly clean. A little more intense flavor and better finish would really bring this beer up, but it’s good as is and easy to drink.
