Earthy, slightly toasty, slightly caramelly flavour. Medium body. Good balance. A straightforward amber - and thus devoid of any particular attractions - but decently made. 1FastSTi (2580), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 11, 2005 When I opened this beer, it decided to foam ALL over. I am really surprised because it was sitting in my fridge for days. It also didn’t taste infected. Anyway, minus 1 O because of that. It has 6+ inches of head and I can’t even pour more of the bottle in. Amber body with tons of rapid bubbling. EXCELLENT lacing. The aroma is flowery and has some exotic fruitiness to it. The flavor is smooth and malty. The finish hits with tons of nuts and roasted malts (chocolate). Very odd how you only get that in the finish. The palate is fizzy and a touch bitter. Medium-full body. A couple changes and this could be really good. joergen (8627), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 1, 2005 (Arapahoe Amber). Very large frothy light tan head. Orangish amber body. Flowery orange aroma. Fizzy carbonation burn on tongue. Not a whole lot to say... malty fizziness on tongue with some bland hops to touch up the sweetness. Glad I only have one. TheBeerOrg (1585), Kentucky, USA
