Commercial Description:
A malty, copper-hued treat from start to finish, Ridgeline begins with a distinctive, estery aroma. Followed with a complex, nutty malt flavor true to its Scottish-style heritage, Ridgeline delivers unparalleled character and dimension. A touch of hops rounds out its silky, full body, highlighting Ridgeline's subtle but engrossing character.

A solid brewer. Pours a real nice hazy amber color topped with some head but not a lot. There is some lacing pretty much all the way through though. Fruity, mild hop aroma. The flavor is a very nice malt and hop balance. Slightly fruity. Not much of an aftertaste, perhaps a mild bitter malt character. Very easy to drink. I am seldom enamored with this type of beer but this is quite good.

Smells nice and natural. It has a carmel, bread like aroma. It pours a light brown into a tulip glass with a smaller white head. It was slightly sweet on taste and a bit heavy. A very nice smooth drinker.

Hazy amber with a medium off-white thin head. Aroma of cookie, dough, bread, caramel, and toffee. Taste of caramel, sweet malt, nuts and honey. Semi-watery, so-so amber.

nice amber pour with a 2 finger cream head. malts on the nose at first with a slight hoppy scent in the background. a little thicker than i was expecting and it’s kind of flavorless until the finish. it’s a nice clean finish of hops that become balanced out by the malts quite well.

The aroma was of light hops. while I pour carefully, the head was quite large and off white. The beer itself was mildly cloudy and a taste temping medium amber. The taste was a bit hopy and not very sweet for a malt, yet it finished rather smooth...

Pours an amber cloudy color with an off-white sopay head. Mild aroma of hops and fruit. Caramel malt taste with some fruit and a kind hop finish. Enjoyable offering.
