agillespie81 (54), Denver, Colorado, USA May 7, 2008 Extremely dark brown......opaque. Thick, creamy head, though it fades a bit fast. Somewhat sweet, mild malt aroma. Roasted malt notes in the front......very smooth mouthfeel. Back is filled with hints of sweet chocolate and a slightly dry finish. zootfinster (137), Chicago, Illinois, USA May 6, 2008 While I can’t help but think that some one in Colorado had a bit much of their brew and made up the story about St Bridget, It is never the less a very nice beer. Chocolaty vanilla taste. Dark brown color whit a nice medium brown head Lingering pleasant finish. A nice beer.

Haslinger (340), Tyler, Texas, USA May 6, 2008 bottle, lots of fruit nose, very creamy head, vanillla, chocolate almost overly sweet. I thought it was too carbonated for a porter but it was delicious and I would buy again IlanMan (314), Winona, Minnesota, USA Apr 30, 2008 Pour is dark with very full and lasting tan head. Aroma was of strong vanilla, chocolate, and very light dark fruit notes. Taste was light chocolate finishing strong with more vanilla. This was a bit over carbonated for a porter and a bit sweet. Still not bad but probably will find a better porter for next time. sfontain (488), Columbus, Ohio, USA Apr 29, 2008 Dark, dark garnet with a medium, frothy, tan head. Aroma is surprisingly light; mostly chocolate and coffee; maybe a tiny touch of dark fruits. Flavor chocolate, roast, coffee, and a touch of vanilla. Medium-thick body; frothy; moderate sticky. Nice, easy-drinking porter.
