Commercial Description:
St. Bridget, a legendary Irish saint, created a sensation by turning her bathwater into beer. What better way to celebrate her worthy miracle than with our zymurgistic tribute to her feat, St. Bridget's Porter. St. Bridget's is a smooth, elegant, and chocolaty brown porter. Brimming with coffee and chocolate characteristics from dark barley malts, St. Bridget's is carefully hopped to provide the perfect complement to its malty robustness.

Ryan/Casey. Dark brown body with slight poppy head. Milky nose, with slight hops notes. Strong taste of milk and malts. Punchy finish. Very nice. Wouldn’t throw this out with the bathwater. Another delectable Great Divide.

Caramel brown with slight cream head... Roasted malt flavor, a little too malty, needs more balance and bitterness... Decent beer

Really fantastic aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee. Looks good too with a very deep brown pour. The taste, while very good, doesn’t quite live up to the aroma. Mouth is rather thin. Overall, though a big winner.

Huge coffee malty aroma, with hints of chocolate. The aroma is amazing. The pour is a dark brown so much so that it is pretty much black. The head started off over 2 fingers almost three but quickly settled . The initial taste is heavily cofee with a roasted malt and a somewhat chocolatey flavor. Nicely toasted yet doesn’t overwhelm the palate. A llittle over carbonated for my tastes and not maybe somewhat bland, but considering it is 6%, what can you expect

Another decently bodied and colored porter. Decent amount of chocolate and coffee. Finish is pretty quick and a little sweet. On the back of the palette is a tinge of hop bitterness. A more flavorful representation of this style.
