Commercial Description:
St. Bridget, a legendary Irish saint, created a sensation by turning her bathwater into beer. What better way to celebrate her worthy miracle than with our zymurgistic tribute to her feat, St. Bridget's Porter. St. Bridget's is a smooth, elegant, and chocolaty brown porter. Brimming with coffee and chocolate characteristics from dark barley malts, St. Bridget's is carefully hopped to provide the perfect complement to its malty robustness.

Everything about this porter was just kind of normal. It had a good dark color with brown head and a simple chocolate flavor to it.

This beers pours a nice deep deep reddish-brown color with a decent tan head that resolves to a thin layer of bubbles. It has a nice bready, malty, chocolatey aroma. The flavor is full of malty goodness with caramel and chocolate most prevalent. The aftertaste lingers with a pleasant sweetness. I’ll definitely get this beer again.

Pours dark brown, thick off-white head. Aroma, chocolate, grains, light coffee and barley. Taste, chocolate, malty, lightly hoppy with some spices. Light coffee with chocolate malts hitting the palate first.

Dark brown pour, tan head. Roasted malt aroma. Roasty malt, some choc and coffee. Medium body, finish a little anise. Could be a little heaftier, but drinkable. A good standard porter.

Bottle. Dark ruby, almost black, firm beige head. Roasted, mint chocolate aroma, very full and smooth. Same roasted, minty flavor, chocolate, coffee, little liquorice, really nice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. A good little brother to Yeti, same chocolatey mint.
