Commercial Description:
St. Bridget, a legendary Irish saint, created a sensation by turning her bathwater into beer. What better way to celebrate her worthy miracle than with our zymurgistic tribute to her feat, St. Bridget's Porter. St. Bridget's is a smooth, elegant, and chocolaty brown porter. Brimming with coffee and chocolate characteristics from dark barley malts, St. Bridget's is carefully hopped to provide the perfect complement to its malty robustness.

Dar brown with a low head. Roastes malts, cocoa and chocolate in the flavour with a bit of bitterness in the ending. It lacks a bit of character compared to the big ones from Great Divide.

Aroma is malty and sweet of coffee and chocolate. Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head. Falvor is quite good... chocolate, malt, coffee, caramel, and a little dark fruit at the end. Slightly bitter. 12 oz. bottle.

Drank a sixer on saint pattys day, good taste with a hint of coffee and chocolate. Drank from the bottle on this one, but will taste from a glass tonight. Good balance.

Black color with quickly dissipating head. Nice roasted chocolate molasses and coffee aroma. Taste is similar with a little more coffee bitterness at the finish. Mid to thin body with soft mouthfeel.

12oz bottle. pours black with a fairly thin tan head. aroma of sweet molasses coffee and malt. well balanced taste with earthy hops, coffee, lightly roasted and some acidity. It’s a little thin -- but tasty and drinkable. K - 7.5

Draught at the GD tap room. Very dark brown pour with a small tan head. Big aroma of dark roasted malt and coffee. Most of the same in the flavour except it finishes with some chocolate and just a hint of bitterness. Pleasant.

Bottle thanks to dchmela. Pours dark brown with a thin beige head. The aroma is nutty, smoke, and roasted malt. The taste is dominated by a roasted malt, with some bitter dark chocolates and a hint of dark fruit. A good porter.

Aroma of molasses, maybe raisins, smoke. Pours black with a tan head. Taste is sweet and sour bock that gives way to burnt coffee. Finishes the same.
