Commercial Description:
St. Bridget, a legendary Irish saint, created a sensation by turning her bathwater into beer. What better way to celebrate her worthy miracle than with our zymurgistic tribute to her feat, St. Bridget's Porter. St. Bridget's is a smooth, elegant, and chocolaty brown porter. Brimming with coffee and chocolate characteristics from dark barley malts, St. Bridget's is carefully hopped to provide the perfect complement to its malty robustness.

12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquor - Pours a clear brown color with a good size tan head. Very light lacing. Has a strong roasted/toasted malt aroma. Has a grainy, dark malt, and light coffee flavor. No real hop flavor but the bitterness is there. Has a somewhat smooth, but dry finish. Light to medium body. A decent Porter and it’s worth a try.

Probably one of the better brews from these guys.Nice dark brown color, small head that lasted for a short time. The aroma was roasted malt, chocolate, maybe a slight fruit tone in there. The taste was ok not real eventful,Malty, coffee, dark chocolate, with maybe a slight hop presence.Nothing special but definately pretty decent from these guys and worth trying.

bottle-this was a pretty good porter-nothing to write home about other than the excellent aroma-lots of carbonatino for a porter IMO, but still a good standby brew!

12 oz bottle. Dark dark brown pour with a nice brown head. Aromas of chocolate and coffee. Bitter Black Patent malts gave it that classic porter flavor. More coffee too. Pretty good.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of Secret Santa. Pours a very deep dark brown, nearly black, with a thin, creamy light tan head that lasted about halfway through the glass. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt and a bit of chocolate. The roasted malt was much stronger in the flavor, however, it reminded almost of burnt toast. Some bitter coffee noted in the flavor as well, which didn’t help. The surpising thing was with these strong flavors, the mouthfeel was actually a bit thin. This beer lacked any real depth.
