While I can’t help but think that some one in Colorado had a bit much of their brew and made up the story about St Bridget, It is never the less a very nice beer. Chocolaty vanilla taste. Dark brown color whit a nice medium brown head Lingering pleasant finish. A nice beer.

Jul 17, 2008 Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Julio’s Liquors (Westborough, MA). Arôme: Odeur de céréales grillées et de chocolat. Apparence: La couleur est noire opaque avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un large col beige mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de café et de chocolat avec une pointe de lactose. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture minérale. Forte effervescence en bouche. Jul 15, 2008 Pours to a dark brown with a creamy light brown head. Aroma is sweet chocolate and light roasted coffee. Flavor is full with chocolate/coffee malt taste. Very tasty.

Jul 12, 2008 Poured a nice dark dark brown with a tan head. Aroma was very roasted and coffeeish. Flavor was also very roasted coffee, and a bitter hoppy finish, not too sweet at all

Jul 9, 2008 12 oz bottle. Poured deep brown with an amber hue. It has a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee. Tastes comes in strong roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and some hop bittering in the finish. A little thin, but not bad.
