Smooth lightly sweet finish. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 27, 2004 This one has a dark brown body and a very large, meringue-like head. There’s a roasty aroma like smoked coffee. There’s more of the same in the flavor. Over carbonation gets in the way a bit and keeps you from being able to get the full flavor, leaving it a bit thin and sourish until you can swirl out enough CO2 to let it come into it’s own. kumite56 (461), Cordova, Tennessee, USA
