| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 3, 2009 Smooth, light, chocolate... Pours pretty light in color for a porter, too. Easy to drink and the maltiness comes through well - but that’s one of the only hints you get that this is a porter. Like a porter-lite!

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 26, 2009 Pous slowly to a medium, thick, tan head. You can smell the chocolate before you taste it. Rich fruity flavor assaults your taste buds and refreshes the palate. Has slight bitterness, but it is a porter. Leaves you begging for another. brenn79 (182), Idaho, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Nov 25, 2009 12 oz. bottle- Pours dark brown to black with a tan frothy head, aroma is of some coffee and dark chocolate malt, but not much actually. Taste is great, good coffee and chocolate flavors and has a very dry finish. Overall this is a very good if not great porter. j12601 (1282), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 7, 2009 This beer was very average. I was expecting more adter seeing this rating of 80. It’s almost like ’porter lite’. Everything from the color to the light mouthfeel to the simple finish. A good porter should be darker, have a strong roasted malt flavor, and a complex palate. This beers lacks any true character. Worth only a sip. deyholla (700), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
