Commercial Description:
Great Divide brews Titan IPA for hop disciples -- independent beer drinkers seeking out robust, flavorful beers characterized by their abundance of hops, flavor, aroma and bitterness. As a big aggressively-hopped India Pale Ale, Titan IPA fills this bill -- beginning with piney hop aromas and citrus hop flavors, and finishing with a rich, malty sweetness that is carefully balanced with crisp hop bitterness. 65 International Bittering Units (IBUs).

probably shouldn’t have started the day on this one but well worth it! Hops on the nose, hops in the mouth, hops in my brain, beautiful hoppy(if you hadn’t guessed it already) beer.

Keg, malt and spicy citrus hops on the nose, juicy malt balances grassy grapefruity hops in the body. Lovely approachable chewy IPA.

Tulip from the Great Divide Tap Room in Denver. Big bubbly white head caps a rusty gold brew. Aroma of citrusy hops and a tiny touch of sweetness. As a scotch drinker, I could only notice the distinguishing flavor to be peat(?) on top of the usual hoppy goodness of the IPA style. Good, but not up to the level of Hercules.

Pours gold into the glass with a white head. Aroma is subtle caramel malt with an abundance of citrus hop character. Flavor is slightly sweet caramel with a nice coating bitterness. Really nice IPA. I agree with many of the comments. Nothing really blows your mind, but a really solid example of the style

Above-average IPA. Pours orangish with nice foamy white head. Very piney/citrusy aroma which carries over well to the flavor. Goes down very smooth. There is a thickness on the palate that is somewhat atypical and very nice--probably due to a heavier malt presence in the aftertaste. I find this one a slight upgrade to the Dogfish 60 Minute.

Bottle. Obivosly hoppy beer, but also very much nice, nice malt. Clean and blanced. Not very interesting but a good standard IPA:

Bottle. Pours golden/orange with a small white head. Piney citrus aroma. Flavor was bold and hoppy and slightly sticky with piney and citrus hops floral notes and some grapefruit with a rich malty backbone.
