Pours a clear orange with a thick, foamy white head. Aroma of bitter piney and citrusy hops. Flavor of a hint of pine, but mostly citrusy. A little on the bitter side but still quite tasty and drinkable. 7/4/8/4/14 Ɠ.7/5)
Update 8/29/09: Light fruits and citrus in this one with lots of caramel malt. Bitterness in the finish but I wouldn’t say that this is on the bitter side (contrary to above). Very nice IPA, very chill drinking. Would make an awesome sessioner.

Aroma of floral (including a unique herbal grassiness) and more notably grapefruit hop notes. Flavor big on oily hops with a malt that is as sweet as the hops are oily. Quite bitter though, especially in the finish. Hops also a touch harsh at times, but doesn’t detract from the beer for me. Very tasty. 8-4-7-4-15/3.8
Rerate 8/29/09. Bottle. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, hay, pure and fresh hop leaves. Flavor of lots of tropical fruit and bitter hop notes with smooth caramelly malt. Quenchingly dry. My memory of this beer was better than my 3.8 rating, and my memory was (for once) dead on. soyorganic (217), Denver, Colorado, USA

Slight caramel malt that is overpowered by hops. Good beer, but I am not the biggest fan of Great Divide’s hop profile. To me the profile and hop dryness seems heavy and wet. I prefer it to be crisp and dry. Like Russian River or Avery. Grovlam (3825), Copenhagen, Denmark

Average creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Lovely biscuit notes blended with chewy fruity hops. This beer is really well balanced between the hoppy crisp freshness and sweet malty tones. Notes of peach, citrus, toffee, grain, mild fruit and floral notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry, very smooth texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor in a balanced complemented way. Lingering dry hoppy finish with a biscuit like sweet way. andersand (384), Malmö, Sweden

Stor cadeau til Danish beerhouse for at hive disse øl til Danmark på fad. Perfekt IPA, der går rent igennem selvom ens smagsløg er komplet skudt i stykker på dette tdspunkt. Helt klart et besøg værd igen og igen.
