| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Nov 4, 2009 Grapefruit nose, with pine needle hints. Cloudy golden with suspended solid particles, some lacing. Grapefruit flesh and peel flavor predominant with allspice accents. There is a pininess that is there but is overpowered by the more citrusy hop varieties. Classic american style IPA, almost archetypal.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 4, 2009 Dark yellow and clear. Has a white head, lasting. Aroma is hoppy, passion-fruit, citrus, melon. Bitter flavor, heavy bitter, with nice sweet, malty notes. Dry texture, some soft-ness too. Metalllic notes. Tessic (462), Brantford, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 25, 2009 This IPA poured a cloudy, light orange colour witha nice big, bright white head. Scents include juniper, grass, citrus and floral scents. Very hoppy ale. First sip was very flavourful with flavours of grapefruit, lemon, orange and grass. Finish is bitter and a real thirst burner. Hopp heads dream. JonnyC22 (164), Huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Pretty decent IPA, only complaint is that it had too much of a "wood" flavor. Maybe that was the point. Gustav1996 (26), Birmingham, Alabama, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours amber/orange color with a small head that goes away fast. Has a citrus, floral and malty aroma. Hoppy flavor with some pine and citrus... but not much depth. Mild bitter aftertaste. Overall a good IPA for the price. Lawsonciv (28), Norman, Oklahoma, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 14, 2009 Woody and just lightly citric nose. Flavor is assaultive piney hops with more malt than the smell would leas you to believe. Some wet earth and light alcohol tang to finish. Didn’t love it to start, but it grew on me. Well balanced and a nice local brew. DeadGirl (242), West Palm Beach, Florida, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 13, 2009 Straight from the 12oz. bottle, poolside: Medium and oily mouthfeel, mild carbonation. Hoppy bitterness throughout and into the finish, that’s given. A slight hot alcohol sensation, that’s unexpected. Floral and earthy hopped aromas. Drinkability: I would say that there’s nothing characterisitic about this ale. It is what it is- an IPA. However, it’s what I’ve been looking for in every IPA I’ve ever tasted so far and they have all yet fallen short, except for this one, in particular. It’s memorable, because it’s the most balanced, what-I’m-looking-for IPA I’ve had in a long time. Rebuy: Yes. #195 on 13112009, DG. ilherps (226), Carbondale, Illinois, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 12, 2009 The aroma leads to the taste, both focused on the citrus, the flavor though is more malty than the aroma would lead to. A bit sweet, but still with a nice bitter finish.
