Aug 24, 2007 12 Oz Bottle-Trade w/Acknud. Pours a very cloudy, hazy golden color w/a large white rocky foamy head & good lacing. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Flavors of wheat, grass, yeast, spice, & citrus. Good carbonation & mouthfeel. Solid wheat, not spectacular, but enjoyable. Smooth, easy drinking, session brew.

Mar 1, 2006 Aged bottle. Pours milky orange with a small white head. Rather fusty malt aroma with a woody note (!). Wheat and yeast flavor with some sourness and a flat mouthfeel.
