BroSpud (584), , Massachusetts, USA Nov 2, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours amber with a slight head. The aroma of berries is stronger than the taste though, for me, the berry taste takes away from what is probably a an OK ale. kuphish (150), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Oct 27, 2009 Bottle. Pours an average, off-white, foamy head. Diminishing. Clear, reddish-purple body. Light raspberry in the nose and some pale malt. Lots of raspberry flavor with noticeable tartness. A touch of seltzer. Light body. Dry, clean, crisp finish. Lively carbonation. deyholla (506), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Oct 26, 2009 Bottle at the Bloomington Beer Festival. Poured roan with an off-white head. Aroma was full of raspberry notes. Flavor had a few hoppy notes that balanced nicely with the tart raspberries. MadIndian (987), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 10, 2009 On tap during the annual Boston/Salem/Marble head tour. Sampled at the Sunset grill. Amber pour, nose of rasberry a little thin for my liking but it was a solid fruit beer. Gespuccian (5), Wisconsin, USA does not count Oct 8, 2009 Poured from the bottle with little to no head. Nice deep red color, with a light raspberry and malt nose. Carbonation is light, sweetness is present, but not overpowering. Flavor is great on first sip - a good mix of raspberry and breadiness, but the finish is almost non-existent. Thought it was a good half of a beer for that reason. If it could finish, it would get a much better rating. Fratto (670), Arlington, Texas, USA Sep 16, 2009 The beer is definitely raspberry. Great initially, great aroma, aftertaste is horrible. verenico (10), Boulder, Colorado, USA Sep 14, 2009 Tastes almost more like a soda, with a tart taste. Not my type of beer, but I can still see why people like it. Smooth, refreshing, flavorful, different beer... DWestrick (234), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA Sep 12, 2009 tap - on tap at the great divide in denver - not really my kind of beer but was actually pretty tasty for a raspberry beer
