| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 1, 2006 Gorgeous, deep, raspberry red; initial pour gives a medium, frothy head, however I wouldn’t mind a longer lasting head, which is the only thing this beer would need for a 5 in Appearance from me; significant chunks of yeast make this beer murky. Superbly outstanding raspberry nose; not much for complexity, though. Inititial flavor makes this the most convincing fruit beer I’ve ever had, but it tapers off into a light yet amazingly unoffensive raspberry aftertaste; similar to the nose, not much complexity. Medium-thin, slightly sticky. Nice fruit beer; if the raspberry were stronger in the flavor, I would actually drink this regularly. anders37 (4747), Malmö, Sweden

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 28, 2006 Wild Raspberry Ale pours to a beautiful, bright, deep ruby red color with a creamy white head, and a good bit of carbonation. This is a beautiful beer to look at! The first thing that hits you about this beer is fragrant aromas of sweet and tart raspberries. Wild Raspberry Ale is brewed with both red and black raspberries, and you really get it in the nose, something you should get in a fruit beer. The palate on this beer is firm with good pale malt flavors, paired with tangy, sweet and tart raspberry flavors. There is enough malt flavor on the palate to let you know this is a beer, and a good tart raspberry flavor that takes center stage, but does not dominate. Wild Raspberry Ale finishes with more good pale malt and ends with lots of good sweet and tart raspberry flavors that linger on the tongue.
This is an excellent fruit beer, that gives you plenty of fruit character, but maintains the integrity of a beer. The key to a good fruit beer is that it isn’t to "sweet fruity". You don’t want this beer tasting like a wine/malt cooler. I really enjoyed this one, and it makes a wonderful aperitif beer, as well as a perfect desert beer. Match this one with creme brulee, or French vanilla ice cream served with fresh fruit and berries. Bockyhorsey (2551), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jan 27, 2006 Aroma was weak. Mild sent of blackberry’s. Dark Amber body with alot of carbination ans seads floating around. Head was big and later dinmiished leaving some lacing. Flavor was more malt than fruit flavored. Not crisp and refreshing, but I had worse than this. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 27, 2006 Bottle (Month/Week Bottled - Nov:3). Got this one for my Fiancé because she likes the fruity beers so I had to steal a sample from it. Poured a red raspberry color with a small white head that mostly diminished. Wheat and raspberry aroma. The flavor is lighter than the aroma with mostly raspberry standing out. Light body and slightly watery. Cornfield (4957), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 19, 2006 It’s either reddish brown or brownish red - I’m not sure which - and is capped by a modest, slightly pink head. The malt doesn’t make much of a presence either in nose or taste, consequently this comes across more like a berry soda that’s a bit off.
USA Rating #1111 (out of 2071)!

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 17, 2006 Bottle: Pours a decent look to it. Brownish-red with a slightly tinted head, that lingers into a nice thin film cover the beer throughout most the entire beer. The aroma is kind fo weak for a fruit beer, although there is some beer aroma (hops) hidden within there somewhere. The flavor is a little light and watery, but not bad at all for a fruit beer. There is still somebeer taste in there. And the lingering flavor is that of real fruit flavor, if you ask me. Not all that bad. Palate is kind of fizzy and bubbly.
