Golden-yellow, large lasting white head, good lacing. Aroma is grainy, herbal, cereal, biscuts, earthy. Flavour is fairly flat, some sweetness, herbs, lots of grains, pale malts, cereal. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes quick, some grass, small bitterness.

Nothing special, pretty much just a pale lager.

650ml bottle purchased at the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario.
Opened on March 14, 2009.
No date.

Hazy yellow gold with a big thick white cap and ample sticky lacing. Fresh, sweet aroma with a thick cloud of rich malts, bready malts, plum like nose can be found, very aromatic, boiled red berries for jam, I have no idea what green tea smells like so I guess I miss out on that side of it. The taste is biscuity and fruity and dry. Super light white pepper, goose berry, dulling spice from op? Ack. Dulling mouth feel and dry. Some zip but very mild bitterness. Less and less impressed as I empty the bottle into my liver.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thick white head. Rather strong honey aroma, lightly herbal. In mouth, a grainy malt with seeped tea bag, a bit metallic. Medium bodied. Tasted on July 26 209.

Hazy golden coloured body with a dense tan head and a faint set of bubbles near the bottom. Aroma of coriander seed, yeast, wheat, grass and I guess, a faint bit of tea leaves - although, that could have fooled me. Light-bodied; Sweet taste of fake sugar, corn, a bit of apricots and some subtle tea and grassy flavours. Aftertaste shows some mild malt and wheat tastes with the yeast still potent. Overall, not such a horrible beer, but defintely not a good use of the flavours. I don’t think the taste was bad - just a bit off. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from the Downtown LCBO in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on 08-April-2009, sampled at home in Washington on 25-May-2009.

Pours a hazy amber with a lasting rocky white head. Smells of citrus, caramel, some citrussy splashes. Tastes of tea, grassy, dry malt.

Bottle - 650ml. Nice cloudy golden body topped with a decent white creamy/foamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal notes. Refreshing but rather one-dimensioned taste. It carries some bready/grainy notes. Ends with a short bittersweet finish. Although this is not a great beer, it is still an enjoyable thirst quencher after a bike ride in the Gatineau hills. Good effort.
