Feb 6, 2006 Red copper lager with a collapsing off white head. Aroma of sweet wet dough. In mouth, sweet fruity malt, with notes of phenolics, and very thin bodied, short in mouth. Not bad, just plain and boring.

Jun 13, 2004 I think they have strengthened the formula from previous years. This brewery concentrates on sweet things and is brewing cake with beer, ice cream with beer. That’s its target niche. This brew is carmelized malt. There’s good carbonization here.

Oct 19, 2006 Bouteille de 341ml achetée à la LCBO (Barrie, ONT). Arôme: Légère odeur terreuse avec une pointe de pomme. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel fruité. Longue durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse.
