Mar 16, 2008 341ml bottle from HogtownHarry; Nose was a nice caramelly malt with a slight vanilla note in the background; Clear rusty brown with a medium beige head; flavor is a little watery but pleasant with light caramel, sweetness, and a little pepperiness. Not that bad for a lager!

Jul 30, 2007 Updated: Oct 29, 2007[442-20070726] Sample @ LCBO-Summerhill. Smells like dead fish cakes lightly sprinkled with urine. Clear, amber brown body with a quick bubbly white head. Light wheat flavour is mostly malty grain only with a hint of fish. Light-medium body. Aroma is unappealing. (3/3/4/2/8) 2.0
[619B-20070916] Sample @ Feast of Fields (Hillsburgh, ON). Sweet almost sickly grain aroma. Clear, amber red body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Fruity malt and grainy wheat flavour with a bit of honey. Grainy medium body. Not bad, almost repeatable but for a weird sweetness. (5/3/6/2/11) 2.7

Aug 22, 2005 Sampled at Beer Bistro Golden Tap Awards. Red body, small white head. Sweet dark lager taste, thin and uninspiring, but pretty darn drinkable. Not for the first time at this little well run fest, I was pleasantly surprised - some of these "average" rated Ontario micro’s do taste better from a fresh keg for sure.

Jun 12, 2004 Light amber with a small biege head. Stale, soapy aroma. Mouthfeel starts creamy, but finishes watery. Flavour is quite non-descript and vaguely unpleasant. Not good...

Pours copper/amber with off white head.
Aroma of floral hops, malty with faint notes of caramel.
Taste is malty, hoppy with some fruit presence. Overall mouthfeel is watery with slight dry-bubbly-bitter caramel finish.
Not horrible, but too one dimensional and boring.

Jun 8, 2008 Updated: Jun 9, 2008Bottle thanks to matt7215. Pours a hazy red with a small white head. The aroma is mostly a caramel malt. The taste is dominated by a somewhat spicy caramel flavored malt. Initially it is a quite fizzy and a spicy malt that is followed by a soft sludge of sweet and not pleasant finish. Not bad, but needs something, especially in the finish.
