I really liked that beer. Interesting aroma with traces of wood. Better than Rickard’s Red. Amber colour. Drinked in bottle.

Burnt Sienna colour with a very light soapy head. Smokey warm and slighly nutty scent. Watery at first but then a nice malty rise. Thick flavourful finish. Rahter nice. I could see drinking this all night. The more I have the more I like it. Wish this was avaliable locally all the time.

Bottle from the OCB pack. Good mouth-feel is the best I can say. The aroma is lightly sweet with no hops. A pronounced caramel flavour. Strangely though, I enjoyed it overall.

(Rating #708)

I think they have strengthened the formula from previous years. This brewery concentrates on sweet things and is brewing cake with beer, ice cream with beer. That’s its target niche. This brew is carmelized malt. There’s good carbonization here.

Tasted at TFOB. Dark colour, I see the style here is American dark. Over carbonated composition. Light malty taste, little or no apparent hop flavour.

Great foam but flavourless. I t gives a sensation of alcoholic content in great ammounts. NOT very special.
