Christmas-pudding-like dark brown. Aromas of cinnamon, raisin, honey, ginger ale and brown sugar. Palate initially begins rich and warm, but cools off quickly and finishes a little watery and thin. Flavour begins with spice-infused brown sugar, leading to a mild alcohol bitterness and a disappointingly short finish. A good brew, but a bigger malt body and finish would have really helped fill this out better.

Bottle. Clear amber with a medium foamy off white head showing below average retention. Aroma is orange, cinnamon, honey, malt and spices. Flavor is ginger, cinnamon, oranges, malt and spices. Too much spices for the body and strenght of the beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear garnet hued dark orange amber with a medium large tanned beige head. Loads of cinnamon and a bit of dried orange, a bit oxidized. Malty, spicy, and loads of deep toast flavors. Lots of spice. Medium bodied, light spice on the finish. Tasty.

75 cl bottle. Pours a nice deep brown with a small short lived head. The aroma is all cinnamon, the taste was ginger and cinnamon. The hops were there but could not tell what they were. A tasty beer for the season, but not something i would drink more than one of.

Pours a mahogany brown with thin shortly lived white head. The aroma is cinnamon, cinnamon, cinna-buns, and cinnamon. .... . maybe a little bit of citrus, ginger, and orange in there too. The flavour is a pretty straight forward reflection of the aroma, tons of cinnamon, more cinnamon than I have ever tasted in a beer.........I like cinnamon, so this beer works for me. A little citrus mixed with cinnamon in the finish. A little too fizzy on the tongue, not super complex, but interesting and drinkable.

75 cl bottle, Mulmur, ON, Canada. Deep amber colour. Cinnamon and citrus aroma, heavy ginger on the first sip with some nice orange rind coming through. Some raisin and spice on the finish.

Aroma is pretty unique, Get lots of orange, spices, especially coriander and ginger. Quite interesting but not quite sure what if its what i’m looking for in a beer. Taste is similar with lots of spice, some wood and a bit of malt backbone. It was a nice experimenting, but i’m not sure if I would by it again.

Clear brown body, with some carbonation and a foamy light-brown head. Pretty weak head retention. Some strong spiciness in the nose (cinnamon, nutmeg, a bit of clove) as well as some brown sugar and caramel. The taste is also very spicy and not sweet. Some bitterness in the finish and some lingering spiciness. Okay drinkability. Crisp carbonation. A decent winter warmer.

Bottle - 750ml. Dark copper body with low carbonation and a thin off-white foamy/creamy head. Enjoyable malty/hoppy aroma with brown sugar, cinnamon, and piney hints. Taste is dominated by hoppy flavors. It also carries woody and cinnamon notes. Ends with a sharp bittersweet finish. Decent winter warmer.
