Pint presented with a dark amber hue, and an off white, foamy head that left some nice, clinging lace. The aroma was more hop-floral to me with maybe a touch of resin as a dry note. Light malt, and some mid-fruit sweetness as apricot/peach was also detected. The flavor was a more intense version of these complimented with a medium bitterness, some earthy tones, and a slight off note as paper/parchment. Otherwise, a respectable brew. Aroma of sweet malt and citrusy hops. The flavor is surprisingly malty and sweet with accents of grapefruit, peach, and apricot. Very balanced and extremely drinkable. Well suited for warmer months and pairing with food. An essential Ohio-brewed staple. Cletus (5055), Connecticut, USA
