lamas (576), Adams Morgan, Washington DC, USA Jan 15, 2008 Bottle. Please enjoy by: 01/27/08. A clear light-copper pour with a small light-tan head. The aroma consists of some citrusy hops along with the subtle smell of wet brown paper bags. Crisp, thin body. Pretty one-sided taste-wise - some grainy maltiness comes out as it warms a little. Finishes biscuity and dry with a lingering bitterness. Not exactly an awful IPA, there are just plenty out there that are much better.

Snojerk321 (1018), San Diego, California, USA Oct 4, 2008 12oz Bottle. Pours an amber color with a small off white head. A nice aroma of citrus and sweet malt. Has a pleasant slightly sweet smokey taste with a very smooth finish. Moggman (54), Columbus, Ohio, USA Oct 1, 2008 On Tap, pours amber/golden with an off white head. Aroma is malty with some citrus notes. Taste is hoppy with citrus and bitter notes. Finishes hoppy, definitely good for fans of IPA’s. sleestak (82), Williamston, Michigan, USA Sep 24, 2008 Bottle. Orange-gold pour with an unassuming off-white head. Aroma is predominantly malty with some nice resinous pine notes. Taste is surprisingly hoppy - well, if you’re assuming it’s an APA instead of an IPA...which I did. Very enjoyable mouthfeel from the medium body and carbonation. It’s a good sessioner for the bolder beer fan and perhaps a good gateway beer into the realm of higher degree-o’-difficulty IPAs. marcus (1053), Sacramento, California, USA Sep 22, 2008 This dark amber ale poured with a decent off-white head. Lots of citrus and pine with a slightly soapy aftertaste.
