On tap at Great Lakes Brewery. Semi-cloudy golden amber. Intense hop aroma and flavor, can you say bitter? Bitter like fresh grapefruit. Very warming. Medium body and very complimentary maltiness. Dry with sweet pear aftertaste.

12 oz bottle, via Zathrus13. Pours a clear dark gold colored body under a small tight bubbled, fairly creamy, white head. Some light lazy carbonation visible. Aroma is mostly floral hops with a light citric component. Some light doughy malt below. Flavor is moderately hoppy up front, and becomes pretty bitter on the finish. The malt is pretty minimal, revealing a bit too much of the 7.5% alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate fizzy carbonation. This one just didn’t do it for me in the end. It seemed way too one dimensional and boring. All bitterness all the time.

big rocky head, clear gold body, caramel hop nose, super dry hop flavor, grassy and slightly citrusy (more like the rind than the fruit), interesting and different, very dry

An orange/gold pour. A storng presense of hops and malt. A rich almost thich sweet malt and hop flavor with an excellent roasty bitter. Palate is thick as well. A very nice beer. Thanks Jay.

Crystal Orange, no head to speak of. Grapefruit and maybe a hint of resin in the aroma. Very sticky, earthy resiny hop flavor dominates. Some peppery, spicy notes, as well. Long, sticky aftertaste.

12 oz bottle. Super clear pink orange with a whipped egg white head. Leaves a lump and lace splats. Light pine and floral grapefruit. Crisp and dry with a peppery juniper bite; like a martini. As the hops numb the taste buds orange and tangerine emerge. A classic IPA.

Very light, slightly floral, grainy aroma. Light copper orange in color with a fluffy white two finger thick head. Sweet malt and bitter hops get equal play in the fore....both linger. The malts meld with slightly toasted grain notes while the hops become citric and floral on a seperate path. There is a sort of delicate strength to this beer. It’s not bullish, but it has a lot of flavor concentration. Quite nice and a pleasant suprise....I especially like the sweet toasty flavor that lingers in the aftertatse alongside the orange rind bitterness. I wish more IPA’s were like this.

Bottled. Poured a clear, lighter golden with a short cap of white head and some rather nice lacing. Nose picked up primarily floral hoppage with a dry, subtle toffee, light fruit, and caramel backing. The flavor had pine and floral bitterness with a sweet malty base... became sticky right at the finish... alcohol was a tad more prevalent than I would have liked.
