Apr 20, 2009 12 oz bottle...pours amber with a fluffy white head. Tons of lacing...Aroma of piney, citrusy hops. Flavor of caramel, citrus, and spicy hops. Pretty well balanced and quite enjoyable. Very solid IPA.

Apr 15, 2009 I am a big IPA fan and also love Great Lakes brew offerings. Not a real big fan of this one. It is drinkable, and hoppy, but there was a strong sweetness to it which I found to be a little over the top.

Apr 4, 2009 Hazy orange with a thin foamy off-white head that sinks into lake Erie and leaves some lace. Aroma of citrus, malt, caramel, grain and mild alcohol. Taste of citrus, alcohol, burnt malt, caramel, mild corn. Finishes up mildly bitter and vegetal with a sweet citrus hop mixed in. I wasn’t too keen on it at first, but after it warmed a bit I enjoyed it.

Apr 4, 2009 On tap at Winking Lizard Crosswoods location. Pours clear copper/amber with a medium off-white head. Citrusy simcoe hop aroma with a teeny bit of malt balance. Bitter citrus flavor with a bit of bready malt and a lingering bitter finish.
