jaymobrown (1296), Chicago, Illinois, USA Jan 1, 2008 Quite good hop presence throughout. It was kind of one dimensional. Not too bad, but it could have had some more malt characteristics to round it out. Good floral nose though. Smelled nice, but a bit too strong without much to balance it.
AskForJenny (430), Ontario, New York, USA Aug 28, 2008 12oz - Honey notas and a little too much sweetness on palate for me. A good ale, but by no means representative of the style. Still, I’ve had far worse takes. saber2th (7), Harrison Township, Michigan, USA does not count Aug 25, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours clear golden amber. Good carbonation with an ok sized white head. This is a pretty solid IPA! I’ve had much worse. Another good beer from GLB! jah noth (938), Rochester, New York, USA Aug 22, 2008 Fruity nose with some grass. Crystal clear golden amber. Grassy hops interplay with some melons and lemons. Slight burn at the swalow. I say, pretty darn good! grimreeser (677), Minnesota, USA Aug 21, 2008 Pours a nice orange amber with a good sized head. Solid hop aroma, good bitterness. Solid IPA. phishpond417 (1409), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Aug 20, 2008 A great tasting brew shared on several occasions with BrotherBrando. Pours a hazey lazy orange colour, vibrant and deep with a full white floraly hopped head. Aroma is very pleasent, straight to the flow- up in your nose enticing you with a mixture of tropical fruit and fresh hops plopping off the vine. Taste is full on the palate, full of astringent hop character, soft pine and grapefruit. Thanks pal :)
