| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Mar 21, 2007 Bottle: Light red/orange color with thin pinkish head. Aroma features chocolate, peach-like sweetness and cherry like tartness, all while still reminding me of a toasted English muffin with a heavy dose of butter. Very sweet in the mouth. Starts with doughnut flavors and some building cherry tartness. Very little toastyness, but the spicy hops do dry this beer out quite nicely towards the end. Lingering peach-like fruitiness after the swallow. Not bad, but I feel like it was to fruity for its style/intention... Louipa (121), USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Mar 18, 2007 Bottle from Premier Gourmet. This was a surprisingly light Irish ale. The beer poured a light ruby red with a thick white head. The smell and the taste had a good deal of citrus present as well as some caramel and roasted notes. A very fresh feel. Very drinkable and satisfying. ExSpectator (65), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
