Carmel malt nose some bits of hops with a candy sweetness. Lots of sweet carmel in the flavor, toasted, and a slight grassy hop in that sweetness. At least I enjoyed it a great friend and our signifigants over dinner. It washed down some spicy thai, quite nicely. BigBeer45 (705), Michigan, USA
