Commercial Description:
This smooth lager strikes a delicate balance between malt and hops in the aroma, palate, finish and body. It has more body and less hops than a Pilsner, and less malt and more hops than a Munich style lager. 30 IBU.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of dankman38. Pours a golden amber with a medium frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is bitter hops with toasted malts, nuts and an odd cheesy note. Taste is toasted malts, caramel, pear, peach and bitter hops. Medium bodied.

tastes too much like a lager, which is a shitty rating I know, but I just don’t like them. I bet it was probably good for its style though. not my thing.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with an nice tan head. The beer possessed very flowery and earthy aromas. It had a light body, thin texture, soft carbonation, and an abrupt finish. The taste was similar to the smell in that it had very earthy flavors with a slight bitterness. Overall, this was not a bad beer.

Bottle from trade: Honey-gold color with a puffy white cap that lasts and laces. Big bready sweet nose with some caramel and herbal tones Huge chew of Munich malt in the front with a wonderful herbal noble hop balance, mid palate there is a subtle complexity as you taste the multiple malts and hop varieties used . Fishes lightly drying clean and satisfying. A very nice Munich styled lager with a rich malt spine and traditional German hopping....a lager lover’s wet dream.

Pours a clear golden color with almost no head. Slightly sweet aroma of malt, not much else. Clean mouthfeel, nice nutty finish. A good session beer.

Bottle. Pours gold/amber with a fizzy head that deminshes quickly. Smells malty sweet and a hint of floral/piney hops. Tastes crisp, earthy, bitter, malty almost corn/grainy. Smooth. Pretty good. Each drink leaves you wanting another. gets better as it warms as it brings out more of the hop flavor which is what im fond of.
