Nov 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours gold/amber with a fizzy head that deminshes quickly. Smells malty sweet and a hint of floral/piney hops. Tastes crisp, earthy, bitter, malty almost corn/grainy. Smooth. Pretty good. Each drink leaves you wanting another. gets better as it warms as it brings out more of the hop flavor which is what im fond of.

Oct 28, 2008 Pours a nice copper color with a 2 finger bubbly white head. Some lacing on glass. Smell is hops and malt. Taste is same with some sweetness. Beer is well balanced and very drinkable.

Oct 26, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear, medium golden color with a white fizzy head that dissipated quickly and leaves minimal lacing on the glass. The aroma is slightly malty with the hop aroma becoming more noticeable as it warms in the glass. The taste is very well balanced with an initial malt sweetness and finished by a nice hop bitterness. Medium body. Clean.

Oct 19, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a deep golden/copper color with a 2 inch head. Aroma is perfectly balanced between malt and hop. Can’t really pick out the dominant note there. Flavor is malty up front, then the hops show up, then the malt returns for the finish. Very well balanced session beer, good for summer. Also the perfect crossover beer for your friends who haven’t quite made the leap to craft yet. Could pass as a macro lager on appearance, but flavor is anything but.
