Commercial Description:
This smooth lager strikes a delicate balance between malt and hops in the aroma, palate, finish and body. It has more body and less hops than a Pilsner, and less malt and more hops than a Munich style lager. 30 IBU.

Clear golden amber body with a fluffy white head. Mild aroma of sweet caramel malt. Well balanced taste... tangy hoppiness and sweet maltiness.

Moderately sweet and moderately bitter and great harmony between the two. Clear amber body with a small, white head. Aroma of dough, cookie and brown sugar. Caramel sweet flavor to start, bitter finish. Clean palate, medium carbonation. Long finish. Delicious beer.

12 oz bottle from WeeHeavySD. Thanks Jon. I freely admit that I dig these new school of lagers. This one is nearly perfect. Light and refreshing, but a nice hoppiness and maltiness to it. Something I could drink all day.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright dark golden color with a small white head. The aroma was typical sour tangy lager. The flavor was sweet, tangy and had just a hint of fruitiness. The finish was long and tangy.

Pours a nice golden color with a white bubbly head. Short lasting bitter aftertaste with hints of honey in the body. Decent Brew.

Clear amber color with a small head. Aroma of caramel malt and biscuit with a little earthy and grass hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter. Light to medium body. Smooth texture. A great session.

Very nice lager. It has a clear copper color. The nose is nice with a slight hoppiness. The taste is a good mix of malty and hoppy. I could drink this all day.

I tried this while on a business trip in Ohio. Very smooth and easy to drink, not a very strong aroma, pours a copperish color with a thin head that disolved fairly quick. A very tiny hint of hops on the after-taste.
