Commercial Description:
This smooth lager strikes a delicate balance between malt and hops in the aroma, palate, finish and body. It has more body and less hops than a Pilsner, and less malt and more hops than a Munich style lager. 30 IBU.

Fruity aroma with some citrus, hay, cereal, and bread notes. Body is golden with an off white head. Bubbly. Flavor is grassy and earthy. Slightly sour on the finish. Enough sweetness to balance. Palate is rich enough and duration is pretty good - maintains the flavor for a while. Creamy and rich. Good balance between a sour lemon like punch and a mellower creamed wheat quality. Very good.

Pours a beautiful golden color with a thick foamy light tan head. Nose is mostly hops with some barley aroma. Mouthfeel is very creamy and smooth. First taste is hoppy but nicely balanced, not bitter. Finishes dry, smooth and pleasant. A well crafted beer that pairs well with grilled or smoked red meats.

Bottle. A bright clear golden color pour with a small white head, heavy carbonation but not too much in any way. Aroma is mildly floral, fruity, and just a bit hoppy. Flavor is much the same,a sweet malty backbone, peaches, floral hops, and a bit of some kind of spice. Lively mouthfeel, crisp and clean finish. Very good

12 oz bottle poured into a lager glass. Color is a nice gold copper, with frothy white head. Aroma is of bready malt, wheat, and light hops. Taste of malt, light floral hops. Mouthfeel was really great in this one, very smooth and crisp, goes down VERY easily. A great summer lager, I could drink a lot of this one!

Bottle. Pours a golden copper, very faint off-white head. Aroma is malt, hay, touch of caramel. Flavor is more of the same with caramel leading more than the others. Finish is smooth and slightly crisp.

Pours clear orange copper with thinnish but stick off-white head. Lightly sweet malt aroma with nice floral hops notes. Flavor is nicely balance of light sweetness and bitterness. Smooth, medium body. Somehow, everything is "medium" about this beer - but this works pretty well.
