| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 4, 2009 Fruity aroma with some citrus, hay, cereal, and bread notes. Body is golden with an off white head. Bubbly. Flavor is grassy and earthy. Slightly sour on the finish. Enough sweetness to balance. Palate is rich enough and duration is pretty good - maintains the flavor for a while. Creamy and rich. Good balance between a sour lemon like punch and a mellower creamed wheat quality. Very good. jebert (120), Watertown, Wisconsin, USA

Nose is mostly hops with some barley aroma. Mouthfeel is very creamy and smooth. First taste is hoppy but nicely balanced, not bitter. Finishes dry, smooth and pleasant. A well crafted beer that pairs well with grilled or smoked red meats. WakeandBake (432), Greenville, Michigan, USA

Somehow, everything is "medium" about this beer - but this works pretty well.
