(12oz bottle, 1/24/05) Clear amber body with white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, bread, caramel, apple. Taste is moderately sweet, bread, some apple, light bitterness (grassy/earthy). Light-medium body, some crispness. I was not sure how to rate this -- it seems to have all the characteristics of a very good brew, but for some reason it did not much appeal to me. (6/3/6/3/12)

Nov 26, 2006 12oz bottle acquired in trade with OhioDad (thanks!). Poured a medium orange color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of grain, light honey and citrus. Tastes of grain, some honey sweetness, citrus, and a little bready.

Nov 6, 2007 12oz bottle-pours a foamy disappearing off white head and gold color. Aroma is musty, somewhat sweet medium malt. Taste is musty, somewhat sweet medium malt, secondary earthy/spicy hops. OK carbonation. Thanks E Notch for bringing this one back.
